Schedule 9/14-9/20

The team is back practicing at the MAC!  This means a consistent practice schedule from here on out:

MWF - Dryland 6:30- 7:00; Pool 7:15- 9:00. 

Sundays, either practice 6:30-8:00, or home games between 3 and 8..

Athletes, for the first practice meet at the Lincoln flagpole for dryland training. 

The first 'home' game is this Tuesday, against Grant High School, at Aloha High School.  As hosts, we have to run the timing equipment and scoring.  If you haven't volunteered before, a pre-season game like this is a great time to learn!  The sign-up link is on the blog, or at http://www2.mysignup.com/cgi-bin/view.cgi?datafile=2015lincolnwaterpolotable  Or just come over to the table and 'shadow' for any of the games.

Tuesday - Game vs. Grant, Aloha High School, 18550 SW Kinnaman Rd, Aloha, Oregon.  JV athletes please arrive 30 minutes before game time, varsity an hour early if possible.

GV - 4:00

BV - 5:00

 

Wednesday - Dryland 6:30; MAC 7:15-9:00

 

Friday - Girls Dryland 6:30; MAC 7:15-9:00
