• Whole(similar to a quarterback in football, the person who sits in front of the cage and directs the offense)
• Screw Shot (when the ball is lifted directly from the water and pushed into the goal)
• Slough (when a player on defense leaves their offensive player and drops back to guard a stronger player - often the whole set)

Your Coach Jeff was state MVP in 1990. Jeff was Metro League Player of the Year for 3 years in a row. His high school career WIN/LOSS record? 116 wins and 6 losses!
Anna competed with on the National Women's Team and two of her fellow players are headed to the Olympics next year in Beijing, China. Anna's proudest sports accomplishment was being named Athletic and Academic All American for her entire college career.
