Suit Ordering - Read Carefully

Hello Parents and Players

Here is the suit ordering information:

FOR GIRLS - order by June 5th directly from this website you can use credit card or paypal: http://swimx.stores.yahoo.net/liwapo.html

FOR BOYS - order from Tim Kaye by May 31st.

1. Give Tim Kaye a check for $38 made out to "Kayoko Kaye". Include your name and suit size. The sizes range from 24-42.

2. You can also mail the check to Tim Kaye, 1901 NW Pentland st, Portland OR 97229. Include your name and suit size.

3. Tim Kaye will distribute the suits when they arrive.
