Water 7:15 pm ~ MAC West Pool

Water 5:30 am ~ MAC West Pool

Chalk Talk ~ 6:30 am ~ Chalk Talk (mezzanine) ~ Bring your snacks but do not leave anything/trash in the Mezzanine ~ stay with Coach and exit together after Chalk Talk!

Still determining if ladies will have practice Fri/Sun! 

THills Boys Tourney Fri - Sun. First game Fri 3:45 pm (be there by 3:00)  Parents please sign up to volunteer.  We need all hands on deck for this large tournament at the Tualatin Aquatic Center.

ATHLETES/PARENTS ~  PLEASE READ MAC ETIQUETTE

1. Athletes bring your own towels.

2. No garbage/ left at the pool deck or in the stands during games.  Parents please sweep the area for trash/recycling after Home  Games.  

3. Quiet and respectful at the MAC.

4. Athletes MUST be out of the MAC by 8 am on weekdays.

5. Always bring your ID.

Please do not jeopardize our relationship with the MAC.  It's the only pool we have!!!!!  So far we have stellar reveiws ~ keep up the great work!!!
