10/22 Tues Aloha VS Lincoln at the Aloha Pool ~ All Teams
4:00 Boys Varsity ~ leave LHS no later than 3:15 pm
5:00 Girls Varsity
10/23 Wed Mon 7-9pm Practice at the MAC Pool ~ Athletes listed on attached State Roster will attend practice from this day forward
10/24 Boys leave to San Diego
10/25 Fri 7-9pm Practice at the MAC Pool ~ Ladies State Roster Practice
10/27 Sun 6:30 - 8:00 ~ Ladies State Roster Practice
