Great first week athletes!  One more week of pre-season training and then the games begin.

Water polo this week

August 23 -  11-3 - Car wash (Pit Stop – 10245 SW Canyon Rd, Beaverton) Bring buckets and enthusiasm – this is our second and hopefully final car wash!

August 25- 29 - Pre-season training continues:

·         7:00-8:30 daily - Dryland practice at Lincoln field (rumor has it the Black Widow is a favorite…)

·         2:00-4:00 daily - Practice at PSU Pool (Stott Center, 930 SW Hall) 

·         4:15-4:45 W, F - Chalk talk, PSU

August 28 – 7-9 - Parents Meeting – meet the coaches and other parents, learn the basics of water polo, and find out about volunteer opportunities. The meeting will be held at the home of Katia & Pat Jesson – 2855 SW West Point Avenue phone #503-432-8401 (ignore Google maps/GPS and take Canyon LANE off of Canyon ROAD to West Point or you will be driving up and down Canyon Road for looking for an impossible to find turn.)  If you would like to contribute by bringing wine, beer, finger food/munchies or desserts, email Katia (katia@katiadesign.com).  Thanks Katia!

Pre-Season Game Changes

Our pre-season schedule is in flux.  Games at Hood River (9/9) and Reynolds (9/11) are CANCELLED.

A game at West Albany (9/5) has been added.  The calendar on the blog is up to date.  The Zafiris are still working to schedule more pre-season games.  Once the schedule is final we will send around a new hard copy for your fridge.
