Registration is open!

Water polo season is approaching fast - pre-season starts August 17th!  Registration is now open, and all forms are linked to the right -

To register, please complete the following forms:

• LHS Water Polo Registration and Waiver Form
• LHS Physical Clearance form (9th and 11th grade) OR Physical Update Form (10th and 12th grade, or if no physical on file)
• LHS Code of Conduct 
• Concussion Information Form
• MAC Waiver and 
• A check for $300 if before July 15; $325 after July 15th (Note - we want everyone to be able to play water polo!  We follow the PPS policy to offer reduced fees for students in the federal free/reduced lunch program - contact us with any questions.)
